i am kinda lost here, when did krissa state they can not talk to the public
about fbcd until avvh hearings are complete, also they stated they would release info as soon as possible. one ha nothing to do with the other,they may be working on merger for fbcd now and in that case can not release info. its similar to having two court cases of the same genre, you may get an order prohibiting conversation about one case, but that would have nothing to do with the other case you are working on, even if it is similar.
