The timeframe of this week doesn’t appear to jive with the Krisa tweet indicating Krisa not being able to speak to the public until the Avvh court hearings are completed. While Avvh has waited months to complete its merger the idea that fbcd is within 4 days of a merger doesn’t seem probable to me. Early September at the earliest is actually less likely given the delay to reveal the candidate when pink current, maybe October at this rate, once the merger documents begin get drawn up, which can take weeks for lawyers to accomplish given the Avvh example, it can be a month or two from there to get a court hearing to complete the custodianship all imo
