Hey, when things turn around, and I believe they will, who gets the credit? Is it the person that assembled/dismantled/reassembled the team? Restructured the company, cleaned up the existing problem areas? Hired the best talent in their areas of expertise to move the company forward. Put up their capital without taking a salary since the initial purchase. Managed the mental attitudes of the 100+ employees to keep them focused on building a brand and a unique. Or is it the self-serving whiner that's ready to take their "ball" if things aren't going their way. Things are always darkest before the dawn, although we've been in the dark for what seems to be a long time lol. This "saga" is long from over. To me, it's a great story and an opportunity to "quell" (through results) the discord against someone that has your best interest in mind.
