Yes indeed we have been cleared by the FDA which of course is the 1st step in opening (or reactivating in our case) an IND and this time it's going to FLY!

Transitioning into mRNA Clinical Trials fundamentally puts RGBP in the same category as any Big Pharma pursuing development of a candidate drug for commercialization! The applications are broad, ours addresses the treatment of pancreatic & colon cancer.

Now I fully understand why Koos filed that 8K that protects against a Hostile Take Over for reason he knows one or more Big Pharmas are going to come knocking on his door soon seeking to Buy this company from under him so they can Put our IND in their pipeline as well as own ALL our other Patents and file for INDs on several of them as well, thus his reason for making a move to revive many of them .

LET THERE BE NO MISTAKE ABOUT IT...THIS IS A MULTI-BILLION DOLLAR PLAYING FIELD WE'RE ON AND ULTIMATELY IT'S A SET UP TO A BIDDING WAR FOR RGBP!! Koos knows this thus his reason for filing that April 8K that keeps him in control of bidding negotiations...he even specifically states this in the 8K! i.e. "must negotiate directly" referring to himself

The Plot is thickening..

RGBP unequivocally is a Bio-Pharma Gold Mine owed to its extensive Disruptive Biotechnology Patents that Big Pharmas "kill for"!!!!

Many of you don't know this but the Big Pharma Industry as a whole can best be characterized by the words "Vicious" & "Cut Throat" and that has to do with staying ahead of the competition at ALL cost as well as Market Domination.

Microcaps like RGBP are definitely on their radar to snap up before their competitor.

I strongly believe a Buy Out if forthcoming and that it's just a matter of time. Possibly within a six months or less of going Pink Current.

This is only a personal opinion although it is a qualified one and I don't claim to be Nostradamus.
