IMOP 0.65 cents is not the bottom.

Here we are and the dirt has only been scratched.
They have only obtained permits.

Theories of metal stand true.
Lets also throw in increase in labor costs & fuel prices.
I'm looking at the value of my home now and what is was worth when they were building Facility "A". I can guarantee you it is not my location!
