Recently becoming a revenue generating Bio-Pharma that has successfully licensed 1 of its 20+ Patents, each representing "Disruptive Biotechnology" and each with a $$Billion Dollar market capacity, is just one new development for RGBP now in play.

The near term transition of this new development is RGBP's Candidate Drug Patent NR2F6 for treating pancreatic & colon cancer soon to enter Phase-1 Clinical Trials.

This development substantially strengthens RGBP's Market Capacity profile marking it as a strong candidate for a Big Pharma Buy Out or Merger-Acquisition that is very common for a Bio-Pharma Company our size and no doubt Koos is aware of this due to him filing the 8K this past April that protects against a Hostile Take Over. IMO, He's likely going to need it!

This is an evolving Bio-Pharma presently in its embryonic stages of development that begins with "PATENT DISCOVERY-THE SCIENCE OF IT ALL", just like ANY Big Pharma on the market today was at one time that also went through the exact same evolution. For those who didn't know this now you do and this is a qualified clinical trials M.D. perspective!
