Excellent post here……the whole crux of how this unfolds rests fully on supply. He who controls supply controls the market. The entire basis of the Reddys suit was simply a fishing expedition to get intel on API.

Amrn has a major head start. Everything that everyone wants here (sans shorts) is upward pps and to get multi billions =stockpiles are key. And to clarify my enthusiasm is not about legal wrangling whatsoever but instead API build up. And my enthusiasm is still sky high……I mentioned previously the rekindle of BASF and Europe, China now present max build up

Generics know it, Amrn knows it, Karim is spearheading it, just wait until the street connects API to revs

JT has always said complex to manufacture and has also stated publicly “strategic, diverse suppliers”.

Sonam was a previous contributor here who had excellent insight on supply chain. If still around I would love for Sonam to comment on the buildup via Chile, Japan and the Nordic…..the API issue ultimately is all that matters right now
