...and this of course is based on that 8K that Koos filed back in April that gives him full control of Buy Out Negotiations without risk of a Hostile Take Over!

There was NO other purpose nor reason for him to file this, so YES that scenario is DEFINITELY "in the cards!"

Only question is IF he sells the Company what will be the Buy Out Price and the acquiring Big Pharma?

I also believe that a PPS offer you mentioned of $1.50 to $2.50 is very reasonable based on the 20+ "Disruptive Biotechnology" Patents this company holds with at least one of them having been licensed out recently thereby officially making RGBP a revenue generating company in the Pancreatic & Colon Cancer Treatment Space soon to enter Phase-1 Clinical Trials. A PR was released about this just a few days ago.

I perceive that RGBP is definitely on the RADAR of several Mid-Cap to Large-Cap Big Pharmas who's mouths are probably salivating waiting to grab this company, and some would likely do this for no other reason than to OWN OUR PATENTS and of course place several others in their Clinical Trials Pipeline!

I believe the waiting period for RGBP to rise to all new heights is straight ahead and that the probability of a Acquisition-Merger is at least 50% or higher IMO.
