Your last paragraph contains what has driven me nuts about VirTra for many years. Starting from where they are right now, they could EASILY be at $300million in annual revenue in 2024 FROM JUST USA Police Depts alone if if if they knew how to sell product.

From where they were 3 or 4 years ago it is a sick joke that this year will at best push $30million. Why is Ferris still the CEO? Why does Ferris put up with Mulcahy? Why does Mulcahy put up with Ferris? Why does the BOD put up with any of it? I will tell you exactly why. NONE of them have done enough in their careers to even know what is possible. None of them are even capable of knowing what a 5star employee could produce.

Ferris refuses to hire a head of Sale that knows how to sell. By now it is an indisputable FACT that Mulcahy is not the right person for the job.
