USDR current float- Positive news recently INHO, the latest update to Share Structure on OCTMarkets.com showed that USDR had only 15M shares in the float. The number a couple months ago were much higher, so I assume they were outdated. This is a big positive! Thoughts anyone?
And to cover it all, the Outstanding shares rose to 58M from about 54M, but that has been disclosed that they are issuing shares for their employee compensation plan (capped at 4.8M), and also to monetize going forward (they sold 12.5M @ $0.40 a share).
