So what is the pathway to payment for the shareholders?

UOIP no longer exists - the TA hasn't contacted anyone as Carter was supposed to have stated in a text where the recipients never posted a screenshot.

The Carter waterfall excluded the shareholders - and equity holders are last in line to be paid - Carter will be paid by Chanbond and Bentham (from some side deal).

Bentham is now Omni Bridgeway.

I suggest everyone read the entire Deirdre Leane Complaint.

It paints a picture of Carter as a man morally and ethically bankrupt.
