8-10 weeks has always been the timeline to allow OTC Markets to get all the expected financials they receive posted in order to meet the SEC deadline.

We won't know if Walther bothered to meet that deadline until Sept 26 since he hasn't seemed to care about keeping his shareholders informed of anything lately.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
