I believe I posed this at a different time.
Being that the shares for the RM merger was Distributed in Q2;
Should the share restriction start from that point? I don't think they gave a specific date when distributed? Appreciate your response.
I still believe, that Co. is probably loosening up shares, to those who are impatient, and can't see the potential of this Co. IMO, it will all come together, way before the share restrictions expire. The insiders incentive is to have a higher price, and more liquid, to be able to sell some.
