Negative, I emailed Jeff Canouse and he advised me that his accountant filed an older format form with OTCM and that they are requesting he fill out and submit the new form.

That's the reason why OTCM has yet to replace the YIELD sign with OTC Pink Current.

It's a formality that is being addressed.
