Because likely the VF audit won't be done by the time the Q's come out, meaning the revenues can't be reported until the '21 K comes out at end of August.

Henry is quoted as saying VF revs on the '21 K.

If it somehow happens sooner, great.

Keep in mind that once current, Henry would be able to verbally announce actual revs YTD for VF, and/or projected revs for 2021.

So, assuming we won't see VF revs on the Q's does not mean we won't find out about them before the K comes out at end of August.
