To me social media chatter and rumors can have as much effect as coordinated collusion. I read a few months ago that during 2020 the volume in penny stocks was 20 times the volume in 2019. That's a really shocking statistic -- so many people got into trading stocks when they were at home, and you know a bunch of them are not very experienced -- explains the completely ridiculous valuations that many of the pennies got to. I'm sure Nasdaq has been affected similarly at least for short term moves.

My philosophy is to just be honest and balanced, and let the market decide if it agrees or not.
