Fish, I hear you and I know that Uncle Sam is all powerful, but a publicly traded company can't change the rules in the middle of the game. I understand backlong isnt GAAP but THEY set that very clear definition of "Backlog" long ago in their 10-Q and have been operating under that definition since. They can't just say "well now we have a military contract so the rules don't apply anymore" they are going to be flooded with class actions if that is the case. I think ARDLY is right and they timed it after the end of Q1 to give themselves 3 more months of ramp time. Sept is when they are due anyway so the news coming out in mid August would seem about right anyway.
