Audit without a deal of some sort tied to it will equal disappointment.

Think about it, if they turn over the audit right now, with no deal, it'll reflect a lab burning through cash. That will do nothing to push the stock price up.

I assume CC is waiting for this thing to fire on more than one cylinder before releasing to the wild.
