Unfortunately for current STHC shareholders, RS could happen.

RS could serve several purposes for Mark, such as raising share price for a OTCQX listing and subsequent fund raising. Also eliminating shareholders with a short timeframe point of view in favor of those with more of a buy and hold mentality.

Not happy about it, but yes, I could see Mark trying to accomplish those goals.
