All relative scale though, much easier to raise significant funding on the bid boards, can raise $50M without batting an eye on NYSE.

Schatzi would most likely not require significant capital raise and also does not need to be anywhere near as successful, so could easily raise a few million here and there with QX listing and have much less pressure for massive success with schatzi.

Also why I think he will reverse split the current share holders away, zero reason to keep them around, can get the price up and issue shares to raise funds and have a stable share price by getting rid of the penny stock players
