As an imaginary ADCOM member to discuss subgroup approval, the Q I would ask is "could it be the addition of CIZ: cyclophosphamide; indomethacin, zinc-multivitamins, to the Multikine treatment that resulted in a better outcome and not the Multikine itself? I don't know the history of CIZ use, probably a non-biggie, but to my uneducated eyes on CIZ use that's what sticks out to me in addition to the use of chemo in the control group. They'll need to explain that to me in their Briefing document.
