Henry could announce it tomorrow if current and he wanted too. If he needs more time past December he will file another with amendments that will say X number of shares will be repurchased over X time table.

The understanding per all the cc’s and information dug up. Is that Henry will announce how many shares were collected via negotiated transactions once current.

So Henry saying we will be current within weeks is our current time table not December to see the initial buyback. More repurchasing will follow after the initial buyback if economically feasible is how I’m reading it.
