Agreed. This is exactly what is happening. This is NO LONGER a Chinese company, this is a prime shell candidate that will explode in value when the merger is announced. I also don't know why anyone keeps bringing up this .03 crap, with a solid merger this has .50+ potential with this share structure. Hell, even a shitty merger will get this to a dime.
