"JL also seems to firmly believe he won some lawsuits and has a Supreme Court decision that would overturn all his previous “stolen” losses. Never happened. He refuses to recognize that BCSC, far from losing C 29407-2016, was dismissed from the suit and is no longer a defendant in that trial. For the lack or facts and evidence, JL has not won a civil suit against CMN or the CDE or a criminal suit against any of the defendants he has filed against. In the other civil suit from 2016, C 3784-2016 to nullify the original Villar contract, it is at this moment waiting for the Court to determine if the trial has been abandoned by the plaintiff.
