I am into fasting. I do half day fasts everyday (for the last 3 years) and the occasional longer fasts for longevity purposes. The easiest way, imo, do keep weight off and to enjoy food. Autophagy kicks into high gear after 24 hours of fasting. I don't do keto, but I do eat lots of high quality fats, etc. Good luck w/your long fast/keto, that is great.
