The simple fact that I can still buy this stock for 6 cents...

There's plenty of other reasons too, Canada, FPI, COVID what an absolute Cluster F it all is baked together as has been detailed in many of your posts. These Gov mandates when married with Covid become black holes of non-existent service and infinite response times. Unlike the private sector, what motivation do they have to improve or even work at all?
