I prefer your thinking and the road to some "wins for equity " under the arguments that Calabria == the unconstitutional head -- took big and important actions that hurt us that were in direct opposition to administration desires. In essence - you are suggesting that the illegal power afforded to Calabria - resulted in unconstitutional renegade acts that harmed us and were not the direction of the administration
