Lodas, easy question to answer. Those investors who signed timely releases by 3/2012 own the former WaMu Estate hence, an Ownership Change occurred on the (ED) Effective Date of 3/19/2012 thus changing the ownership of the former estate to those investors who signed timely releases who own the (SRs) of the 65 billion that COOP has been servicing.

Have you seen an 8K from COOP showing they bought the SRs or actually own the assets? The answer his no and have you seen where COOP is paying for the SRs and again the answer is no and NOBODY gives 65 billion in SRs to COOP for nothing, so how does COOP account for this... we MAY find out very soon!
