Proof of Safe Harbor Assets Thus Proving AG's Case?
1) Servicing Rights (SRs) are very valuable
2) COOP closed on NSM purchase on 8/31/2018 thus Ownership Change
3) So, another OC could not happen for three rolling years so 9/1/2021 or later UNLESS just a filing on 6/30/2021 with shares issued on 9/1/2021 or later
4) Remember, the 65 billion dollars Calif/DB/JPM case that settled 2017
5) JPM received around 650M and DB got around 2B plus a continued claim
6) Sometime later COOP showed an increase of 65 billion for SRs
7) This should have cost around 300 million if purchased but I never saw an 8K where COOP purchased SRs for the 65 billion
8) Further, I have not seen where COOP paid anything for these valuable SRs, so there must be an answer to this
9) Is this why WMILT refused to show timely signed releasing investors the Amended Trust Agreement and still refused after Alice demanded the amended trust filing
10) I believe this MAY be part of what COOP has NOT been disclosing and why Alice's source said they MAY be issuing shares and cash on 6/30/2021 as COOP has been concerned about NOT disclosing this before
11) This is also probably the root cause of going back to bk court to try and get Walrath to cover potential Safe Harbor assets that may have to be disclosed through potential discovery if allowed
12) I believe Ramos has been panicking and it showed in his original and response threatening Alice and then later filing with the Delaware BK Court trying to get Walrath to play cover for them
13) No doubt, with Ramos panicking by rushing back to the Delaware BK Court and refusing to want to answer the SDNY Court which would be much easier. However, there is obvious obfuscation in my view with something very big happening soon but that is just my view handicapping this 13-year travesty of justice
