Good afternoon. Hope everyone is doing ok.. Yesterday afternoon. I asked a friend of mine who happens to post on the board as GEH..

A fictional question in regards to AMEP.. Actually the question is not so out of the real of possibilities in the very near future.

I asked GEH what he would like to see AMEP do if and when they turned Cash Flow Positive with any extra cash they would have coming in.. I gave GEH Four Choices in no particular order.

I will now ask other shareholders the same question and we can see what other shareholders are thinking..

When AMEP turns cash flow Positive what do you feel would be the best use of any extra cash on hnad.



1. Use the Money to buy up additional Leases?

2. Use the Money to Buy Back shares.. Because the Management at AMEP feel the PPS of it's stock is very undervalued!

3. Use the money to buy an additional Drilling Rig.. An additional rig will help AMEP expand it's current frilling Operations.

4. Use the Money to issues shareholders a Cash Dividend.. It would be a warning shot to any current shorts to cover now while the PPS was still cheap or pay dividends in the future..

I am curious to see how other view this.. Please one vote per poster..

I can tally the votes and we can then see what questions get the highest number of votes.

It will give us something to do and will make waiting for the SEC to file the revised DEF 14A A little easier. And who knows.. Maybe we can send the results to CB & JC and let them know what shareholders are thinking..
