20/20 On Koos - The Destiny of RGBP

What I'm about to say should not be taken as a put down to Koos for reason he has accomplished A LOT in his life time and can be viewed as a leader in emerging Biotechnology with all the Patents under his name.

BUT I perceive at this stage in his life at his age, now in his 70s, he wants to CASH OUT and move on enjoying the fruits of his labor and leave all these Patents to younger people at a Big Pharma who develop Patents for a living via clinical trials that requires a tremendous bank roll that only well established Big Pharmas have, extensive scientific support and man power, AND most of all extraordinary time & energy expenditure. I am well acquainted with ALL of this for reason I'm a career Clinical Trials Physician that has worked with several Big Pharmas throughout the U.S. over my 30+ years in this industry.

So I am well in touch with what ALL of this takes that's WAY MORE than most people can imagine who haven't worked in this industry.

The fact Koos has allowed these important Patents to expire and remain dormant all these years AND ALSO him remaining habitually delinquent in filings year-over-year is a blaring sign IMO that he simply wants to move on with his life, and there's nothing wrong with that.

IMO all the above combined with the following key recent developments seem to point to a possible Buy Out:

1). the 8K he filed that gives him full control of buy out negotiations with hostile take over prevention.

2). suddenly moving to revive several of his Patents.

3). rushing to get SEC compliant by hiring a professional auditor.

4). the extensive 10-K he just dropped.

Based on ALL these factors combined there's no doubt in my mind he's about to Sell the company. I could be wrong but all of these factors seem highly indicative of this. If not then WHAT??? Why all the sudden and aggressive action on his part after all these years beginning with an 8K filing that this gives him full power over buy out negotiations with no risk of hostile take over?? WHY???

All feedback welcome and this is ONLY an Opinion, nothing more.

Be well and prosper...
