Two things…

There are very very few that ever went on to anything successful. The one that is pointed to the most is Monster Beverage. It started trading on the OTCBB back in 1990 and went to Nasdaq in 1995. That is 31 and 26 YEARS ago respectively.

But secondly and more importantly it did not go public via a reverse merger with a non-reporting pink sheet.

So give me an example of a large successful exchange traded company that went public via a reverse merger with a non-reporting pink sheet shell?

Until someone can do that, my comment stands.
