Then WHY did CDC disapprove the use of Hydrochloroquine for treatment of COVID this past year, per CDC Website?

Further, why would ENZC's formulary patent/s for cure of COVID be superior to Hydrochloroquinine's effectiveness? Or what would/might be the drawback to using Hydrochloroquinine for treating COVID?
