What's it matter if Vilacto is going private? If it didn't reply to SEC today, it may not trade Monday.
Did you read SEC's Order to Show Cause yet? Vilacto had to reply to the SEC no later than 6/25.

If Gert didn't reply, the SEC could issue a Final Order dated today, Monday, etc. It could be halted,
delisted, and wrapped with red ribbon like a going-away gift. Shareholders would be stuckholders.
