What you were told by ir is a darn flat lie, no one can trade from restricted shares except mgnt who unrestrict those shares. It does not make any sense. People took screen shots of SS including me and they have added to the unrestricted shares from the restricted. You can find some posts in twitter also. Tried to paste from my photo gallery but it did not work so here it is screenshot on 6/8/21
