Thank you for your inquiry. FPInnovations is currently testing a number of ELDs, however, at the moment, no ELD has met the requirements to obtain certification therefore the list of certified ELDs is empty. Once certified, ELD models will be added to the list on Transport Canada’s website, and those certified by FPInnovations will also be added to the list on our website. The companies that meet the requirement for certification will be announced as they become certified.
Please take note of the recent publications by Transport Canada and CCMTA regarding ELD enforcement. Jurisdictions plan to support the mandate through a period of progressive enforcement without penalties including elevated education and awareness until June 12, 2022.
