<< Kim's past employment makes me think he knew exactly what would happen if he announced a reverse split. I didn't like that news anymore than most but maybe just maybe the split was announced knowing the price was getting too high to early.

That could be the reason and even though I don't like it ...... it is a good reason because the fall in price could have been very devastating had everyone lost confidence because of non production. >>

If the CEO manipulated the share price, then that is called securities fraud (which is against the law, and he could go to jail for it).
