You said "No Split, Unless" That's all that's needed. it's like saying something and then use the word "BUT". It negates everything you originally said. End of story .+

"Unless" doesn't negate anything. It assigns conditions to statements to acknowledge the need for A to happen before B.

Example #1: "I can't get onto the roof of the house unless I use the ladder."

That's not saying I can't get on the roof ever. It doesn't negate that I have a roof. It simply stating that for me to reach the roof of my house, I need a ladder. Nothing more, nothing less.

Example #2: "We won't see a stock split unless LWLG stock gets into the $100+/share."

That's not saying the stock will never split. That's stating that for a stock split to happen, the condition of $100+/share needs to be met.

Never once I have said that LWLG will never split. I don't play in absolutes because the world changes every day, it's foolish not to acknowledge that things change, and it's ok to acknowledge that new information changes things significantly. If someone offered my $6/share for all my shares 1 month ago, I would have sold in a heartbeat. We passed $6/share, I did not sell. Why? New information caused a re-evaluation. If we find out that LWLG is having money issues and needs to split to free up some stocks to sell on the open market, then I'll say "Yeah, with this new information, a split makes sense." However, given the information we have, it makes zero sense to split at anything under $100/share, hence the "unless."

While I believe in keeping fluid on my stance, I don't foresee any change there is a change in the situation to have to update my views on whether or not LWLG will split at or before $20/share. I'd be happy to make a gentleman's wager on a potential split, though. If LWLG reaches and passes $20 with no split, then you stop posting here. If they split at or before $20, I'll stop posting. Simple as that.

Off for the night, time to chauffer the kids to their activities.
