To answer your questions on Schatzi, yes I believe Schatzi will share in the wealth that Ameca Mining will be providing.

Why? I look at Schatzi as a service organization, and they will certainly charge fees for their services.

What services?
These six services are listed on Schatzi Exploration's home webpage:

1) Exploration Services;

2) Infrastructure Development;

3) Research & Development;

4) Technical Support;

5) Manufacturing Templates;

6) Mineral Validation.

As for potential revenues, I have NO IDEA what the potential revenues for these services might be at this time. Would need more info from Mark in that regard.
