Is it your opinion that Schatzi will be RM candidate for $STHC?

Also, tell me your gut feel on where Schatzi derives value from, (from the org chart it is not clear to me how Schatzi gets a piece of the $4.4B)?

This will all become clear once we have indication from the Co., but based on history we may have to wait a while for that, so I'd like to hear your opinion.

Finally the org chart mentions OTCQX, but you said OTCQB, what's the difference and is one of those better or preferred?
