Things were looking good in April of last year as we were out of the grey market and tele health on the front page in light of the pandemic. Soli issued a pr at one point and were punished by the SEC along with other companies because they thought they were taking advantage of the pandemic in a criminal way. We were sent back to grey and have been here since and now w the new rules on caveat stocks , no one can buy. There is obviously an accounting issue that needs to be fixed and our hope is that is being done so we can file, uplist and hopefully blossom into the company many of us thought was coming.
