this is my take on returning assets to estate holders of escrow markers...........Wmi stated that they abandoned the stock in WMB, but that they retained all right to equity in the company...(loosely paraphrased)... the judge gave Wamu stockholders shares in the new co, plus escrow markers should additional monies be found by litigation by the WMILT...the only thing we got additionally was shares from the employees claims lawsuit...my point:...since Wmi abandoned the shares, the estate does not belong to old shareholders, but to Wmi, now Wmih...there is nothing by which we can claim the estate values, simply because they were ABANDONED....now the estate belongs to Wmih, not escrow holders...sorry guys, the way these guys orchestrated this whole affair was precisely aimed at not giving the estate equity to escrow markers....IMO only after watching this chapter 11 unfold...Lodas
