The EGC format is to let the company representative speak for almost the entire 30 minutes, with the moderator asking only a couple of questions at the very end, questions that are direct messaged to her during the presentation, through the chat box.
IMO, there are 2 topics that shareholders should care about the most, in terms of the immediate impact on pps, and those are:
Share buy back
Vinafilms revenue
That said, I believe that if the moderator receives MANY questions about the same items, she will likely ask Henry those questions, instead of her getting 80 different questions, and her asking Henry, “What year did you graduate from high school?”, or something insignificant to the big picture. (You know what I mean, right?)
So, I think everyone should agree on 2 questions to pound the moderator with, in the hope that she asks Henry, and then he gives whatever answer he can. People can ask more then 2 questions, and ask whatever they want, but I think everyone should agree to ask the same 2 questions in order to attempt to get them asked.
I will not be able to view the presentation, but if I was, these are the questions I would be asking:
1) “Henry, with an outstanding share count of nearly 26 billion, what is the plan to reduce this, by how much, and when will this happen?”
I see no point asking, when will we find out about the share buy back?, as all he will say is when we are current. By being a little more specific, it may yield a different answer.
2) “Henry, when will will see Vinafilms revenue, and can you at least give projected revenues for 2021, or actual revenues, for 2020 or 2021 year to date?”
These are my 2 biggest questions, and what I think will impact pps most significantly, but I’ll let you all debate that in the hours before the EGC.
Anyways, I just think a united group, asking the same couple of questions, is more likely to get those questions asked, with the hope of getting more answers then we already have through solid DD.
That’s my thought. It may, or may not, be a good one!
