First Glance:

Unaudited financials are what they released.

They reported revenue for all of Q1 less than what they publicly claimed in February alone. (Red flag).

They publicly claimed financials were being audited..not by one, but by two firms...one in Israel, and one in NY.

This makes me hope this is some sick joke and they will be releasing an audited Q1 later in the week.
