well she could argue all she wants but that would be in direct contradiction with their own announcement of study completion date July 24.
But Im sure they will already have disclosed TLD before the enforcement of the rule becomes really problematic to them. The essence of the rule is of course that a biotech company cannot withhold data forever and that there is a deadline. If NWBO would be interested in withholding data months and months after July 24, then something is wrong, right? I do not believe NWBO wants to withhold the data forever and I do hope that this rule will put some pressure on them and they realize that there is a beginning and legal end how long they can wait which will make them see the urgency.

Just want to make it very clear Im not naive I know the cavalry will not be storming NWBO HQ on July 25 if not submitted. Of course, I expect and hope TLD will be submitted asap
