Yes ... fraud is the rule, not the exception in the OTC ... but on the bigger picture, these liars damage not just themselves and their shareholders, but it also damages the entire OTC market ... which is one of the reasons the OTC has devolved primarily into just a Pump-n-Dump market for expert fraudsters.
