Both made their points and neither one was having any part of screwing up the 1st amendment.

Religion is similar to politics. You have your conservatives, moderates and liberals.

The Pope, a Jesuit, has made himself perfectly clear that he won't tolerate the conservative arm of the US bishops.

I understand that some bigots can't understand that when they start with the whataboutism regarding other sins of the Catholic Church.

I'm not interested in playing that game either as I posted before elsewhere.

You can beg all you want but what is happening today is not what the Church as a whole is about regarding Biden communion etc. I pointed that out previously.

And yes I fully understand the previous sins of the Catholic Church and they obviously piss me off. Every religion has their skeletons which hopefully you are aware of but I am not into whataboutism regarding any of them.

I personally frown on discussing the subject since the establishment clause is quite clear. There is plenty of bigotry on both sides of the street.
