The age was going to be my next data point to track down since it does seem that the years of experience do not line up

And I only have a middle initial for one bio, that could be an exclusive data point

As far as what I think Vaalco could be interested in

I doubt that Delek’s stake would be for sale so that leaves a buyout or merger

Of those two, a buyout at $20M market cap probably wouldn’t get shareholder approval even if Seitz would allow it

A merger (structured as primarily a stock exchange) would be most likely, IMO, since it would retain shareholders value for future upside and access the capital required to drill Tau2

The Vaalco thing is still a longshot based only on intangible and speculative “clues”, but the same principles apply to a possible merger or financing by any other entity
