In my opinion, old management will strike a deal with AlphaRidge to just give up. They want something, even though they deserve nothing. If it's very reasonable, AlphaRidge pays it to just have them go away. Win for us. If it does make it to the next court date and old management is still fighting it, they'll very likely lose as you said. Win for us. If old management is somehow able to convince the judge that they're better for shareholders than AlphaRidge, well then they must have spent the last month looking for someone to merge in on their own (just like owners of WS*GF did when they fought and won against David Lazar). If they truly have something good and win, well....that's a win for us as well. There is no losing scenario for shareholders in my opinion
