I'm not a technician, but have learned to respect them over the years. I do question whether any resistance levels will matter once TLD is out. For practical purposes, once we go above $2.51 is there any upside resistance level that's really to be considered major resistance.

I believe that if a date were named at which TLD would be revealed, we'd exceed $2.51 before that date. It's not knowing when the date will be that has us so uncertain. Perhaps the July 24th date people have cited could be meaningful, but frankly I don't believe the regulators really go after companies for not complying with their regulations very quickly, I suspect that it would be months before they'd hear from the regulators and they'd be given some time to get the TLD statement out.

If in fact we don't see TLD sooner, I believe that we'll see it by the time the Abstracts for presentations at SNO are released. I simply feel that Dr. Liau will be making an appearance at SNO, it may be specific to DCVax-L or it may be about the work they're doing at UCLA, which includes it's use. I simply believe that she'll be saying something and if it hasn't been presented before then, it will be presented there in some way.

I've read that Journal's in general take over a year after trials complete for publication. In that many drug approvals occur within 2 years, and often sooner, I'm unaware of any product being approved before TLD was released, or even a BLA submission made before TLD is released, I believe we could shortly be going into that territory.

I believe that chance that we're doing the so called rolling BLS is good, if that's the case, we've would have already submitted a substantial part of our BLA. If that's the case, I've got to believe that July is more likely for our TLD statement than November for SNO.
